White Rock 1 description
White Rock One is part of a private two-villa complex, which includes White Rock Two - also featured in our portfolio. The two villas are set in a tranquil position situated within an easy drive from Lia beach, on the South-Eastern side of the island and known for its laid back atmosphere. The property proves to be the perfect retreat for avid sailors and those fond of secluded beaches thanks to the villas' paved access to a small cove right below the villas and the possibility to moor private yachts in the waters in front of it.
Surrounded by a impressive landscape of nature and boasting views over the Aegean sea, the two villas allow the guests to get the most out of the marvelous scenery thanks to their generous pool terraces - both featuring an infinity edge pool - paved in granite and including a comfortable pergola for outdoor dining and moments of pure relaxation.
The internal design of the two villas is almost specular and conceived in a minimal fashion with granite floors, off white furnishing and thoughtful touches of modern art throughout the villas. White Rock One's upper level features a modern kitchen and indoor dining area, a comfortable living room with access to the pool terrace, a guest bedroom also accessing the pool terrace and - just up a flight of steps - the master bedroom with its own private balcony. Three further guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, all granting access to the outdoors and staircases leading to the pool terrace.
