We are happy to introduce our newest and 4th exclusively managed direct oceanfront luxury villa within the Montage Kapalua Bay Resort, "Waverider Villa 2303".

Waverider Villa 2303 is a direct oceanfront and panoramic ocean view private residential vacation rental villa on the 3rd floor (3rd out of 5 floors total), with more than 3,300 square feet and 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for up to eight (8) guests. Waverider Villa 2303 is set within Montage Kapalua Bay resort in the prestigious building 2 location.

2303 is now being improved with luxury linens, new decor and wall art, additional goodies in the kitchen for true gourmet dining, live fresh green indoor plants, upscale bath amenities, and many other enhancements to create an even more sumptuous living experience for our valued guests.

This exceptional privately owned individual and independent villa is exclusively managed by Private Paradise Villas, a Maui-based State of Hawaii licensed real estate brokerage firm and rental agent. We are separately and independently responsible for the prices, policies, guest service, concierge service, and all property management of Waverider Villa 2303. Waverider Villa 2303 is not affiliated with, or contracted with, Montage Hotels and Resorts interior villa management services.

Complimentary Spa Montage passes for guests 16 years and older, are now included on a complimentary basis for direct reservations made after January 15, 2016, if the full advertised published rate is paid. Spa passes may be excluded if a special lower rate is negotiated. Spa passes will allow guests full access to Spa Montage, including the eucalyptus steam room, cedar wood sauna, relaxation rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center, locker room with fresh linens and toiletries, outdoor whirlpool bath, outdoor rainfall shower, oceanview salt water infinity-edge heated swimming pool, sun deck with lounging chairs, and more. Waverider Villa 2303 is situated in the oceanfront row of whole ownership private apartments, from which you have unobstructed views of the sparkling sapphire blue Pacific Ocean and the central swimming pool, dining, and bar areas. A vacation at Waverider Villa 2303 offers an opportunity to reside in incomparable luxury within Maui`s most coveted ocean and beach front enclave, on a high floor with DIRECT and PANORAMIC oceanfront views.

From the spacious outdoor living area, gaze out towards Kapalua Beach and turquoise color coves. Kapalua Beach, a sandy beach cove where calm clear waters wash gently against golden sands, is one of the world`s most favored award-winning beaches. Simply put, Waverider truly is "Your Own Private Paradise".

A new full-service "signature" restaurant launched in the summer of 2014 - known as Cane & Canoe. Three meals per day featuring upscale gourmet Pacific Rim cuisine is available on-site for your maximum convenience. From the freshest seafood and breathtaking views at Cane & Canoe, to the authentic cocktails and light fare offered at the Sunset Patio, dining at Montage Kapalua Bay delivers both exceptional cuisine and a tropical ambiance to create lasting memories for our guests.

The resort now offers a complete children's program called "Paintbox" designed for children ages 5 to 12 years of age. Fees apply. Sessions are available for a full day or half day (9am-1pm or 12m-4pm), and on Friday and Saturday evenings. Paintbox offers a myriad of indoor and outdoor activities, including some themes focused on Hawaiian traditions, including Sea Turtle nesting activity, Tide Pooling, and Fish Printing. Guests of the resort now enjoy complimentary beach services including towels, water, and beach chairs on Kapalua Beach. Guests may also rent other assorted ocean sports equipment at the beach. Guests of this villa are provided with beach towels, cooler, and portable beach umbrellas that are specifically owned by your villa. They are for use when visiting other beaches along our sunny and sandy shores, or for venturing out on boat excursions to snorkel, scuba, or whale watch.

Your private home within this select hideaway has an oversized covered oceanfront veranda with abundant fresh-air lounging and dining space, three bedrooms plus Den (King, King, Two Double Beds, Double Sofa Bed in Den, three and a half bathrooms, a fabulously well-equipped kitchen, in-villa Bosch laundry room, five HD oversized flat panel televisions, iPod docks and DVD/CD players in all bedrooms.

The private dining room can be closed off from the kitchen and great room, so you may enjoy peaceful conversation in a private setting. The indoor dining table seats eight guests. Your private villa has an oversized covered oceanfront terrace with abundant fresh-air lounging and dining space. There is another dining table on the terrace that also seats eight guests. Waverider Villa 2303 also has a Viking gas BBQ grill and wet bar sink and fridge on the outdoor patio.

You may begin each day with a latte made fresh on your own espresso machine. The kitchen is complete with every imaginable small appliance - for your cooking pleasure. To name just a few fun things we added, there is a thermal pot automatic coffee maker, coffee grinder, fine supply of fresh beans and tea, electric tea kettle, top-quality high-powered blender, waffle maker, juicer, mixer, rice cooker, hot air popper, and an extensive assortment of fine quality cookware, knives, white china plateware, clear crystal glassware (martini, margarita, white wine, red wine, champagne flutes, pilsners, etc.), sugars, herbs and spices, plastic glassware and paper plates for kids, and other to-go supplies. Further, this true gourmet kitchen also features premium appliances such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser, Sub-Zero wine fridge, 5 burner Wolf gas cooktop, Wolf brand microwave and convection oven, dishwasher, and two additional refrigerated beverage drawers.
