3BR w/ Boat Dock, Pool & Hot Tub description
Spend indulgent afternoons out on the canal-front lanai at this 3BR/2BA Marco Island house. There’s a private dock, swimming pool, hot tub, grill, and kayak. Head out on the water to catch some fresh fish for dinner.
It’s a 15-minute walk to Tigertail Beach, famed for its white sands and tidal lagoon, and there are over 80 shops and restaurants on the island with groceries nearby.
Inside, soaring ceilings and huge windows drench the space in natural light. As the sun goes down, an electric fireplace with large TV overhead offers an inviting space to gather and relive the day’s adventures.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The light-drenched living area overlooks the canal. In the living room, a 60” TV sits over a sleek electric fireplace, and you can unwind in the overstuffed couch or on one of the armchairs.
A well-stocked kitchen with up-to-date appliances makes cooking at home an option, and there’s a glass-top dining table for six and bar stools at the breakfast bar.
If you'd rather eat al fresco, step out onto the screened lanai, where you'll find a Weber grill and outdoor table seating for four
Float in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, enjoy Florida sunshine on a lounger, and follow a path down to your private boat dock.
The spacious master bedroom has a four-poster king bed and 46” Samsung TV, as well as an en-suite bath with oversized soaker tub. A sliding door opens onto the lanai.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and a 21” TV, and also offers lanai access. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and they share a generous bathroom with walk-in shower.
You’ll have full access to bicycles, beach gear, one kayak, fishing equipment, and even a crab trap.
There is parking for two cars in the driveway
Please note that only 6 guests are allowed on this property at all times. Please be advised that there is currently a temporary fence around the pool while we work putting in a new replacement.
THE LOCATION
Set on the canal with a dock, this location is the ideal jumping-off point for many a water adventure. Bring your boat, borrow the kayak, or hop on a chartered tour. The kids will love the Pirates of Marco Island boat tour!
It’s a mile to world-famous Tigertail Beach, where you can grab a coffee from the cafe and stroll along the white sands. Shops, galleries, and groceries are all within an easy mile’s walk of the house.
