Villa Zara description
Luxury Villa Zara is a fenced and gated estate sitting directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This palatial villa offers a gorgeous pool deck - complete with an oceanfront hot tub--a large, sandy beach, and sparkling views of the Caribbean sea, just steps away from phenomenal snorkeling. An on-premises housekeeper provides daily maid service. For snorkel enthusiasts with a taste for vacationing in luxury, Villa Zara is difficult to beat!
From the moment you step into the tiled foyer, it becomes apparent that Villa Zara is an exceptional experience. The interior is tasteful yet decadent; large windows and French glass doors flood the interior with Caribbean sunshine no matter the time of year. The main foyer, dining area, and kitchen open onto the tiled pool deck, which offers two shaded pavilions. Guests can lounge and read or just soak in the views in the lounge chairs or have evening drinks at the outdoor bar before throwing dinner onto the poolside Propane Grill.
Full chef's kitchen with all appliances high end. The expansive kitchen offers all the standard appliances, dishware, cookware, cutlery, and a coffee maker. Central A/C, WiFi, Plasma TV, stereo, linens, towels, and beach towels are also provided. Plenty of off-street parking.
Beautiful sandy beach and snorkeling reef. Pool shoes and fins are required anywhere there is a marine environment.
Beautful gardens, walled and gated privacy and sound system pipes music throughout the house and pool area. Owner also has a volleyball net for the beach and supplies volleyballs.
Owner is reconfiguring living area to include larger flat-screen television for family viewing. Large flat-screen TV is already in the first floor den with new couches. Den offers a pull out couch for 2 chidlren or small adults.
