Rustic on the outside, country-chic on the inside, this characterful estate has recently been given a new lease of life as a deluxe private retreat for a group of friends or family. Immense love and care has been lavished on this ancient house and the careful restoration was carried out with full respect to the place's original architecture and spirit.
The property is rented in its entirety and comprises of three autonomous deluxe suites, named after the trees that grace their entrances.
The Elia suite (Olive tree), sleeps up to 4 people on the 2nd floor with a master bedroom (1 king sized bed) 1 independent bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, internal staircase and independent ecological air conditioning. The suite has satellite 32" LCD TV, wifi internet, fireplace, Terrace, safe deposit box, mini fridge & hairdryer.
The Rodia suite (Pomegranate tree), Sleeps up to 4 people on the 2nd floor with 2 master bedrooms (2 king sized beds) 2 bathrooms, internal staircase and independent ecological air conditioning. The suite has satellite 32" LCD TV, wifi internet, fireplace, Terrace, safe deposit box, mini fridge & hairdryer.
The Karydia suite (Walnut tree) Sleeps up to 2 with a master bedroom (1 king sized bed) 1 bathroom, fully accessible to the physically handicapped, supplementary beds available for children, and independent ecological air conditioning. The suite has satellite 32" LCD TV, wifi internet, fireplace, Terrace, safe deposit box, mini fridge & hairdryer.
All the suites can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests in total and all exhibit the same refreshing style and attention to detail.

A place of history, tradition, and natural beauty. Agios Pavlos, Crete, is a picturesque village in the centre of Apokoronas Peninsula, close to the villages of Vamos and Douliana. Although it is a rural village, Gavalohori has good amenities for visitors, including taverns, cafes, a bakery, a mini market, and various stores.
The village is very close to the magnificent beach of Almyrida and other sandy beaches.The surrounding area, is equally interesting. The nature around the village is wonderful. You can make unforgettable walks in the footpaths around Gavalohori, in scenic landscapes of olive trees, carobs and bushes of herbs, while the historical monuments promise to indulge even the most demanding visitors.

The villa is located in Crete on the village in Gavalorochi. From the town of Chania: 27 km around 35 minutes by car. From the port: port of Souda 20 km around 25 minutes by car, Chania port 28 km around 35 minutes by car.
