The three-floor outstanding villa, dated 1901, is the ideal location to relax, to explore
our beautiful lake or organize daily trips to Switzerland. The property has a large typical
Italian luxurious garden, accurately maintained and with direct access to the water and
to the boat space, that benefits from spectacular view on the lake and the surrounding
mountains on the three sides. 4 parking spaces are also at disposal.
Indoor: Villa Scrigno has been recently renovated, finished with high quality material,
such as mosaico and wooden flooring on the ground and first floor and Cotto Lombardo
on the second one. It has been equipped with central heating, TV, DVD – Plasma Video,
Hi-fi and fitted designed kitchen. A wonderful iron beaten and marble connects the 3
levels, while antiques furniture and pictures and have been very carefully looked after
by the owner.
Ground floor: entrance through a large foyer with a mosaic floor. Adjacent to this
there a spacious dining area with fire place and table for 12 guests; one large double
living room with French windows that open onto the furbished lake front terrace.
Satellite plasma TV, DVD player and Internet connection Wi-Fi are also provided. One
separate kitchen equipped with professional equipment, one smaller kitchen with wine
cellar and one courtesy bathroom complete the floor. Between the living room and the
dining room the marble stair that leads to the upper floors.
The lake front terrace, which benefits of amazing lake view from three side, accessible
from both the dining and the living room’s French windows, there is a large table sitting
12 ideal for outdoor dining three side. Next to the terrace, the lawn garden is equipped
with a 6 seats outdoor Jacuzzi. A cozy sheltered gazebo ideal for relaxing and reading, is
also accessible from the living room.
First floor: the floor comprises one small studio, one master bedroom with 1930’s
style tub bath and private balcony, three double bedrooms with baths, 2 of them having
shower and whirlpool tub and one having steam shower. Air conditioning has been
installed in all bedrooms, three of which have lake view while one overlooks the park.
Safety box is also at disposal.
Second floor: spacious loft with large suite having en suite Jacuzzi bath and smaller
room with one single bed. 1 twin bedded room, two smaller room each with two single
beds share one shower bath room are suitable for kids or staff, and complete the floor.
Distances: airports in Linate or Malpensa, 50 minutes driving distance.
