Villa Rossella is a 750 square meters property sitting on a unique location on the
eastern upper side of Lake Como and benefits of a giant unforgettable lake and
mountain views. Recently renovated and designed from a famous architect whose aim is
to offer each room has beautiful lake view, it has a large park - 30.000 sq. m. - totally
secluded sitting slightly higher but it is gradually descending to the lake shore with
private walkway to the private little beach and boat house. The entire property offers
plenty of opportunities to relax from the sheltered reading area to the outdoor Jacuzzi
swimming pool as well as the two large merging living areas with fireplace and cinema.
The ground floor comprises the main entrance having a flight of steps that leads to the
upper floor. One separate fully equipped kitchen with cooking unit, fridge, refrigerator,
oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Adjacent to this there is a
spacious dining area with table for 12. Next to the living there is a large living room with
modern white comfortable sofas, fireplace and Plasma satellite TV. Opposite to the
kitchen a little corridor leads to a double bedroom with shower bath, one single
bedroom suitable for staff or nanny and one courtesy bath complete the floor.
On the first floor there are 4 further bedrooms. 1 master bedroom with en suite tub/shower
bath and lake front terrace, one large double bedroom with separate shower bath and
two twin bedded room sharing one shower bath. Both floors have large windows with
amazing panoramic view from all sides. There is also the laundry room with washing
machine and dryer in the basement.
Included in the rental fee: one linen change per week.
Additional costs: final cleaning € 250 – additional linen change – daily cleaning service
and cook service.
