Villa Rise is a newly-completed four bedroom contemporary Caribbean villa, located in an exclusive waterfront neighbourhood at Leeward on Providenciales. The luxury rental offers a full complement of amenities, and everything needed for the perfect vacation in the Turks and Caicos.
Leeward is an upscale residential community on the eastern side of Grace Bay, and offers some spectacular beaches. Villa Rise is located off a small cul-de-sac road on a canal front peninsula, which has a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere, yet is only five minutes by car from the shops and dining of central Grace Bay.
Villa Rise is an excellent choice for a family, or couples travelling together, as the downstairs main bedroom has its own kitchen and dining space, and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is a master bedroom with an ensuite master bathroom, one bedroom with a single queen bed, and one twin bedroom with two queen beds, the latter two of which share a bathroom. All bedrooms have chic and stylish furnishings.
The main kitchen at Villa Rise features elegant stainless appliances, an expansive refrigerator, coffee makers, glass top stove, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The laundry room has a washer and drier.
Outside is a pool with a shallow wading entry and swim up seating in the water, al fresco dining, BBQ grill centre and kitchen, ample and varied outdoor seating, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, bicycles, shower, and easy canal water access via a floating dock.
Within easy kayaking distance of Villa Rise is the exquisite Princess Alexandra Nature Reserve, which includes the wetland sanctuary of Mangrove Cay, which hides mangrove estuaries that shelter turtles, starfish, baby sharks, stingrays, and fish.
Grace Bay Beach and the many different stretches of Leeward Beach are a short drive away. Leeward Beach is of course closer, and is much more secluded than the world famous Grace Bay.
