This
elegant family villa is located on the shores of Lake Como and just
eight kilometers from the magical village of Bellagio. A strategic
position right on the lake offers up incredible views no matter where
you are - the large and spacious living room and kitchen, the large
outdoor terrace comfortably furnished or the swimming pool and gardens.
This ideal location, is Lake Front and just south of Bellagio. A short
drive and you can be having lunch in Bellagio. The public landing dock
is within walking distance - hop on board your private motorboat to
enjoy memorable moments viewing the villages and villas on the
shoreline. You are no further than 90 minutes drive from Como, Lecco,
Bergamo, Milano and Lugano, making it an ideal location to call home
during your Lake Como vacation.
ACCOMMODATIONS
A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into the park
of the villa where there is plenty of space for three cars.
GROUND FLOOR
Accessed directly from the main entrance with eight steps that lead you
into the wide and very carefully refined open living area with billiard
room and living area with comfortable armchairs, sofas around a working
fireplace. From the dining room you can enjoy the most amazing lake
views from the six French doors that give you access to the large
terrace facing the lake, the ideal place to have meals during the warm
summer days. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is fully
equipped with all modern appliances to satisfy even the most discerning
gourmet chef!
FIRST FLOOR
A staircase takes you up an easy set of twenty steps where you have a
single bedroom and Double bedroom facing the lake and sharing an
adjoining hall bath with shower. A double bedroom with en suite bath
with shower, and another double bedroom and single bedroom sharing a
hall bath with shower. Three of the bedrooms also have access to large
outside terraces that are furnished with chairs and tables for relaxing
in the quiet mornings.
THE PENTHOUSE – SECOND FLOOR
Another staircase leads you to an exclusive penthouse with many windows
overlooking the lake and an extremely wide private terrace perfect for
romantic dinners or to celebrate very special occasions in a unique
setting. From the living room, you enter a suite, with bathroom with
tub and shower, a small bedroom with a single bed and a queen size
bedroom that leads out to the terrace. at the top of the stairs, is a
study with a sofa bed that can sleep an additional person.
LOWER LEVEL
Here is a wine cellar, prestocked with many bottles of Italian wine for
the guests' convenience. A price list is posted and the cost will be
deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay. Also on this
level is the laundry room with a washing machine and ironing
facilities. A Double Bedroom with hall bath with tub and wall mounted
shower, ideal for teenagers or personal staff. A gym room with Tread
mill, stationary bike, punch ball, weight machine as well as tennis
table, Foosball. Guest bathroom with shower room completes this floor.
Only five steps lead up out to the pool area. The swimming pool has
views out onto the lake, as well as a nice pergola ideal for lunching
poolside.
GARDENS
Villa sits on 5000 square meters of park like setting. Beautiful
Terrace and lawns that reach to the waterfront, private swimming pool
surrounded by pool deck with sun loungers and a large terrace with
tables and chairs. Gated property has on site parking
