Villa Princess X - PRX description
Villa Princess X has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool. Located in the private complex of Domaine du Levant, in Petit Cul de Sac, at a walking distance to the beach, this recently built villa offers a nice view of the bay and landscape. This contemporary villa is truly unique by its design that takes full advantage of the setting, surrounding vegetation, total privacy and view.
The main house includes a large living room with comfortable white leather sofas, a gourmet kitchen and a dining room with a large wooden table and white chairs. Very modern, they all share the same room and open onto the spacious terrace, pool and view. The two bedrooms, with its ensuite bathroom, are located in each side of the main building and have access to the pool deck. Both are spacious and very chic. The master bedroom includes an office and additional closet.
A wooden walkway leads to a private gazebo located just a few steps down from the terrace and a private gate which opens onto the beach path. The gazebo offers an additional dining area. There is a gas grill, a refrigerator, a dining table. It is ideal for romantic diner at full moon night's.
