Villa Paradise - Anguilla description
This exquisite six/seven bedroom, gated 7,000 square foot seaside property sits on a 3.5 acre landscaped seaside estate
The villa built of white stucco and shaped like a yacht combines natural beauty with quiet elegance while offering unrivaled views across the crystalline Caribbean Sea to the mountains of St. Maarten. The villa's protected harbor with boat dock and small private cove are located directly in front of the Villa. The adjacent coral reef offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities in Anguilla. The Villa comes with a small boat with boatman for beach hopping, snorkeling and Lobster Fishing included in the rate.
It has been the privileged hideaway for celebrities and royalty alike. The home is located on two small beach coves that come and go depending on the weather, but the gorgeous Sandy Point Beach is just a 3 minute boat ride away from the villa and rental of the property includes the use of a 5 passenger Zodiac boat and boatman. The exquisite 2 mile long sugar white sand Rendezvous Bay is located within a short boat ride as well.
The spacious living room located on the upper level area opens to two walkout terraces and stunning views. Amenities include 42" flat screen TV, Bose sound system, DVD collection and office area.
State of the art Kitchen fully equipped with brushed stainless steel appliances housed in Miele cabinets with extensive granite work tops.
The Grand Master is located on the upper level with on suite bathrooms. There are also two other bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Choose to dine at either the indoor formal dining area or outdoors near the pool.
On the lower level you will also find a self-contained apartment with a private entrance, kitchenette and Queen Size bed also the Master bedroom and a two bedroom family suite.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, fans, flat screen TV/DVD players and stereos.
Outside, there is a large, private sparkling swimming pool. Indulge in an inviting poolside massage, relax in a hammock or step into the ocean front Jacuzzi . Access to the ocean is either off the private dock where wonderful snorkeling may be enjoyed, down a half dozen steps to the private beach cove when it exists at the villa or via short boat rides to nearby beaches.
This villa can be rented as a 3,4,5, 6/7 bedroom except during Festive Season.
