Villa Nocetta description
Luxury villa is in unique position in the city's greenest area, the wonderful park of Villa Doria Phamphili just 1.2 miles from Vatican City.
Villa Nocetta has 6 stylish en-suite bedrooms, plus one independent bedroom for guests personal staff. Can accommodate 12 people and two personal staff. The suites can be doubles or twins, at the guests discretion. All suites have a private en-suite bathroom.
Upon entering the villa, guests will be met with a bright and elegant living room with original 50's marble floors, precious curtains, refined furnishings, and a beautiful fireplace. The dining room features a large table that seats 12 people, enhanced by an impressive chandelier above. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is contemporary and functional, and faces an outdoor dining area and barbecue. On the same floor, there are two elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
On the walls inside Villa Nocetta guests can find a beautiful and exclusive selection of images taken by the most important Italian photographers. Art, design, history, and tradition merge to offer to the guests an unforgettable experience.
The kitchen leads to an outdoor dining area overlooking the garden, which is equipped with a barbecue. The garden has several lounge areas where guests can sit, eat, and relax.
On the lower floor of Villa Nocetta there is a recreation area where guests can spend their leisure time in total privacy. This floor features a fireplace, a large sofa, and television, a winery with prestigious Italian wines, a pool table, a comfortable workstation with an Apple Computer, printer, scanner, and fax machines to work in complete autonomy. There is also a fully equipped fitness area with TechnoGym machines.
