This villa was entirely rebuilt and transformed into a modern residence with utmost care. The villa's location, its furniture, and facilities are all very comfortable and its location offers a truly relaxing stay.
Ground Floor:
Entrance to the property is through a small foyer which opens into the open living and dining areas, decorated by beautiful light blue and white ceramic tile floors, matching the blue and white internal colors that call the Mediterranean below.
The living room boasts a sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed, a two-cushion bench, a Bang & Olufsen TV, a 4-tier Akai stereo system with CD player, crystal wine and champagne cabinet armoire with a porcelain espresso coffee set and a wood book shelf. There is also a large, round glass coffee table with chairs for 4. The entire area access a beautiful, panoramic wrap-around terrace overlooking the Faraglioni rocks and the Mediterranean, equipped with lounge chairs for peaceful daydreaming.
The living room leads to a small, closeable corridor that separates the first bedroom wing. The wing enjoys a double bedroom with air conditioning, beautiful blue and white tile floors, a large, 5-door built-in closet, and access to the super-panoramic terrace. There is a separate, en-suite bathroom with small blue and white tile floors and a shower.
First Floor:
Twelve steps up from the living room lead to the first floor, comprised of a bedroom suite and small living room. The first floor is constructed like a loft, with parquet floors, a double bedroom with 3-door built-in closet and dresser with 10 drawers, and a Phillips CD stereo. The loft boasts a small sitting area with a couch, bookshelf, desk, and en-suite bathroom with small ceramic tiles and a shower.
Kitchen:
The kitchen, located 6 steps down from the main living room, enjoys a refrigerator with freezer, a 5-range stove top, an oven, ceramic plates, a small counter top, ceramic tile floors, and access to a separate, outdoor dining patio. The outdoor dining area boasts an oval dining table for 8, a large ceramic seating bench, and some of the most panoramic views around.

Villa Melissa is situated on an beautiful, private, and peaceful piece of property located in Marina Piccola, about a 10 minute walk to the center of Capri and the areas shopping district. You are also about a 6 minute walk to the Marina Piccola beach.
