Enter to the upper level to breathtaking ocean views. The 15,000 sq. ft. villa is built in 2 parts terraced down the hillside with a main house on one side & 5 bedrooms on the other side with a central open air stairway dividing the 2 parts.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and the main level with common entertaining, kitchen dining, living and media opening onto the heated infinity pool & poolside Jacuzzi, terrace and outdoor dining with full outdoor kitchen, including pizza oven & wet bar.
One level below the pool is a game room with pool table, wet bar and lounging area all with the amazing ocean views and the 8th bedroom.
Take the steps down thru the gardens to the ocean level terrace with a man made tidal pool & your own private pier. The tidal pool appears almost a part of the natural setting made with the large granite stones of the coastline. Pier and tidal pool only accessible when the ocean is calm.
This private villa can be rented as a 5 to 8 bedroom with the option to add the 2 bedroom Casita, to have a total of 10 bedrooms with 2 pools and another entertaining area. It is as if there was a private Boutique Resort just for you and your guests.
