Trendy, tastefully and luxuriously appointed, this 1,800 square foot, fully air-conditioned duplex offers it all - privacy, comfort, lovely water views, daily maid service, concierge service and private gym.
Cool Travertine stone floors throughout and the 9 1/2' ceilings provide a gracious feel. The townhouse features large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor decks, 2 master bedroom suites each with en-suite bathroom, plus powder room on the lower floor. In addition, there is a small office complete with desk, printer and office supplies. Wi-Fi throughout the home.
After a day exploring the island or other beaches or perhaps a boat trip, you return at day's end to enjoy the spacious living room that invites you to lounge in plush designer furniture while you view the 55" LCD TV or watch movies on the Blue Ray DVD player. For your listening pleasure there is an IPod dock with disc player and good selection of music. If you decide to move out to the comfortably furnished deck, a portable IPod player is available for use outside. Grab the ice bucket, chill down your wine or whip up a Pina Colada in the blender and choose glassware from the large selection in the bar and enjoy the harbor lights and twinkling hillside.
Dining area boasts large glass table for 6 with all necessary dinnerware, flatware, glasses and serving pieces.
If you enjoy cooking, the well equipped and spacious kitchen offers most anything required to prepare a gourmet meal or just a simple salad and sandwich. In addition to the cookware and equipment, there is a Cuisinart grind and brew coffee machine, electric teapot, waffle maker, Panini maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave and serving pieces. There is a 32-bottle wine cooler at your disposal.
As you ascend the stone staircase to the second floor, you will be enchanted by the waterfront view framed in the huge glass floor to ceiling window. At the top of the stairs, for your convenience, there is a small refrigerator, a 1-cup Cuisinart coffee maker, cups and accessories so when you awake in the morning you need not descend the stairs to the kitchen. Pour your coffee and return to bed where you can enjoy the view or relax on the outdoor deck and watch the bird life.
The unit features two beautifully furnished master bedroom suites each containing 800 thread count bedding, plush Euro topped mattresses, black out curtains, IPod Docks, Televisions, DVD players, large closets and en suite baths. There are 2 King Size beds (in 2nd bedroom can be split to make Twins). The Living room has a Queen Size sleep sofa. So home can sleep 6 comfortably.
Cooking on vacation not your thing? St. Maarten/St. Martin is known for fine dining especially on the French side. Twenty minutes by car and you are in Grand Case on the waterfront where you will find numerous excellent restaurants. Prefer to stay close by? Conveniently situated right outside the home are four restaurants: Daniels by the Sea, Big Fish, Canoa and Affinity. Two minutes by car and you are at the Westin Hotel where their Aura Steak house gets good reviews. They also serve a wonderful Sunday buffet. Try your hand at the casino if you feel lucky. Captain Oliver's is a stone's throw across the marina and offers lunch and dinner overlooking the marina. Food can also be ordered from Fabulous Feasts and delivered to your door step with prior notice. They will also provide a personal Chef for an evening in the Town Home.
