Villa Conti description
Villa Conti Bali is located north of Canggu in Pererenan.
It comprises a 2 bedroom Joglo for the staff (traditional Sumatra house), a Chinese pavilion and a modern limasan complete with ponds, professional kitchen, office, massage room, wine cellar, lounge and dining room opening on the gardens, a master 3 bedroom house and a smaller 2 bedroom replica for the guests.
Villa Conti Bali has 3 swimming pools, manicured tropical gardens and several ponds. These building standards are rarely achieved in Bali. Every architectural detail has been designed with taste by the owner. A true masterpiece.
The estate is serviced by 14 staff. It is available for short term holiday rent hosts 10 people. Minimum stay one week. It is also on the market for sale.
The owners are tribal art collectors. Each and every room is exquisitely decorated with artefacts from all around the word and especially from Asia. The gardens are planted with rare species.
Once you pass the massive iron wood gate you are welcomed in a stone paved courtyard. The Chinese limasan is in front of you.
From then on you will walk through ponds, covered pathways to reach the vast lobby open on the gardens. This is the reception area. A bar, a petrified wood dinner table, two lounges and a swimming pool complete this space. As in all the estate, only noble materials have been used to built and decorate the lobby: teak, iron wood, marble, natural stone, leather and steel. Artefacts are everywhere. The owners are collectors of tribal art they have gathered all around the world.
From the lobby you have a glimpse through the gardens to the right to the main 3 bedroom house and to the left to the 2 bedroom guest house. Each of them with a swimming pool lounge an kitchen. Each of them decorated with taste.
The estate gates are guarded 24/7.
At your disposal in absolute privacy for you, your family and guests:
A Chinese traditional pavilion and a modern Limasan - entertainment house with ponds, massage room, office, wine cellar, lounges, dining room with a massive petrified wood table that sits 10, a bar, a professional kitchen with a chef, a guest bathroom and an indian stone laid swimming pool.
Then a main house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a lounge with a large flat screen TV, satellite channels and cd player, a dining room and a kitchen. The main house has its own swimming pool just like the guest villa at the other end of the garden.
The guest villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge.
14 staff are at your service, including a manager, a cook, a chauffeur - a car in included in the rate, gardeners, house keepers, a 3 security staff.
