Villa Augusta is an outstanding and well located property in Capri.
It lays right in the center town of Capri Town in a residential area at
only 200 m to the hippest places of the island: via Camerelle the street
of the shopping is at 200 meter, the famous Piazzetta is at 600 meter,
there you'll find also the Funicolare, the chair lift to reach the
harbor of Marina Grande.
The Villa boasts breathtaking views of
Capri island and Marina Piccola Bay. Usually for almost all the villas
in Capri you may need more steps and steep slope to reach a villa. Villa
Augusta has a privileged position as it is at few steps away to the
shopping area and about 25 steps leading up to the property from the
villa's main entryway on the street.
Villa Augusta is a
stand-alone property fully surrounded by a shady greenery and high pine
trees. It has 2 large terraces right next to the main house and the
annex. A further terrace is next to the bedrooms of the main house. The
stunning outdoor terrace is paved with terracotta tiles and large lounge
chairs. On one end of the terrace is a large, shaded patio that is
furnished with a gorgeous marble and wood dining table, accommodating up
to twelve. On the other end of the terrace is a smaller patio that can
be accessed from the lounge and is furnished with four white bamboo
armchairs as well as a sofa and table.
Villa Augusta is an upscale vacation rental on Capri island that
offers its guests a spectacular vacation anytime of the season! The
Villa consists of 2 elegant units furnished with really sought
furniture: Casa Grande and Casa Nuova. They are decorated with 2
different style, both are elegant and high end.
The villa can accommodate up to ten guests, this is the right property for large families or groups traveling together.
Casa
Grande. Guests have access to the main house through a main doorway
that leads guests through the entrance hallway and into the living area.
The dining room and lounge are separated by arched ceilings and face
the sea. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dining table which can
seat 10 people. On the second floor, guests will find three bedrooms,
all with private marble bathrooms and access to the terrace. The master
bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, French doors leading to a
private balcony, and a private marble bathroom opening to the terrace.
This part of the house is furnished in a classic and elegant style.
Casa Nuova. Just off the main villa coming down for 10 steps there is
a dependence which offers sleeping accommodations for additional 4
guests in 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The 2 bedrooms are
separated by a living area with a fully equipped kitchen corner. This
part house is decorated with modern white furnishings.

well as a television with a DVD player, kitchen appliances, and laundry
facilities, Wi-Fi access is available in all the villa. A daily maid and
a cooking service can be provided on request.
