Valencias del Mar #1 description
This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath villa is a short 5 minute walk to the quiet, pristine sands of Playa Langosta, one of Costa Rica's Northern Pacific finest surfing beaches. The beach also houses an estuary providing calm tidal pools for ocean and beach lovers of all ages, shapes and sizes.
Built with fine Costa rican woods, granite, marble and ceramic tile, the layout features a bedroom suite downstairs and two bedroom suites upstairs, each with separate access to the dipping pool (downstairs) or patio deck (upstairs). The fully furnished kitchen opens directly to the dining and living areas. An additional living area upstairs includes a couch with fold out double bed, enabling Valencias del Mar #1 to easily accommodate 8 adventurous travelers. High end furniture, beds, fixtures and appliances will keep you in pampered comfort during your stay.
Adjacent to the villa is a national forest making observation of Costa Rica's favorite exotic birds and critters as simple as taking 3 steps from your bedroom to the second floor deck overlooking the forest. Watch for the howler monkeys!
A grocery store sits conveniently between Valencia del Mar and the beach and Water man's Surf Shop is also close by to cater to all your rental and tour arrangement needs. There's fine dining in Langosta and much more in Tamarindo, a leisurely 15 minute walk north on the beach or road.
