ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE
Park your car outside or in the garage (there’s space for 1 vehicle). The stone-tiled main entryway has a mudroom with a long bench for sitting to take off your boots, and a powder room to the left.
To make the place toasty, adjust the thermostat and radiant floors.
The open floor plan includes a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room, which features a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. A great granite island is the crown jewel of the kitchen, with seating for 5 at the breakfast bar. And the Viking gas range with 6 burners and double ovens makes cooking for a crowd a breeze.
Six guests can dine at a long oval table, where 2 wingback chairs and a chandelier lend a rustic-chic vibe.
Just off the dining room lies a guest suite with a king-size bed, farm-themed artwork, a 32” TV, a dresser, and access to a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, granite countertops, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. (The toilet hides behind a pocket door.)
In the great room, a stone hearth sits centerstage. There’s seating for 7, a 60” TV, and access to a patio, where you will find a propane BBQ grill.
Climb the dramatic staircase to reach the master suite, with its own gas fireplace, king bed, and intimate seating area for 2.
Head downstairs to the lower level, where you’ll discover a 2nd living room, with a 50” TV, leather chairs, couches, and a wet bar. Step outside to the lower patio and climb into the hot tub.
Two additional bedroom suites are found on this lower level, each with a private tub or shower, 32” TV, and king-size beds. (One includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle.)
