The Red Cabin description
The Red Cabin is tucked away in the North Cascades, on the sunny north side of Lake Wenatchee, making it the perfect base camp from which to enjoy this spectacular area.
In the winter, cozy up to a crackling fire (there are two functioning wood stoves!) after an exciting day of sledding, cross country skiing, snow fort building or downhill skiing. Steven's Pass is just 30 minutes away, and there are endless cross country trails, both groomed and ungroomed, nearby. And, if you haven’t seen the lights of Leavenworth in the winter… well, you just really should do that. It’s just 25 minutes away.
In the summer, fire up the BBQ, after a day of swimming at the Lake Wenatchee State Park, home to one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. There’s also hiking, river rafting, horseback riding, golf, and of course, there's the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth to explore. Its summer theater offerings are lots of fun, and the night life just keeps getting better.
But whatever the time of year you visit, you will find the cabin clean and cozy, well stocked with a complete kitchen, comfy linens, two flat screen TV's w/DVD's only, and high speed wi-fi. When it’s time to unwind, this is the place.
Also, please note the Red Cabin is adjacent to the Brown Family Homestead (vrbo/278107) and the two can be rented together for large gatherings such as weddings and reunions. Both properties, taken in their entirety, can accommodate up to 25 guests on 15 private acres.
BASE RATES
Base Rate: (First 6 Guests) (2 night min.): $279.00 Per Night
Additional Guest(s) Fee Ages 6 and Up: $25.00 Per Guest/Per Night
Children 5 and Under (Max 3): Up to 3 Children FREE Otherwise $25.00 Per Child/Per Night
Dog Fee (Max 2): $25.00 Per Dog/Per Night
Housekeeping/Linen Fee: $100.00 (NON REFUNDABLE)
Processing Fee: 3% of total reservation fees (NON REFUNDABLE)
State and Local Lodging Tax: 10.2% of total
Damage Security Deposit: *A one-time payment of $25.50 or a** 100% refundable $1000.00 charge
*The 1st option is a one-time plan payment of $25.50 through CSA Damage Protection Plan that covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damages (this does not include willful, negligent or deliberate damages).
**The 2nd option is through NW Comfy Cabins Vacation Rentals allowing a $1000.00 charge which is 100% refundable that will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival and refunded within 72 hours of departure barring inspection. Please be aware that it may take anywhere from 1-10 business days for the funds to become available in your account after it has been refunded, which is determined by your banking establishment.

All Federal Holidays (3 Night Min.): Add. $25 Per Night
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT permit single night stays under any circumstance. We have a 2 night minimum stay for regular dates and a 3 night minimum stay over federal holidays. This is non-negotiable.
