Outdoors: The pool yard is sure to be your favorite spot wether you're staying at the home or hosting a special event. The Saline swimming pool is perfect for keeping cool or simply enjoying a cocktail while relaxing on the tanning shelf. Spend your nights in the jacuzzi while enjoying the mountain views and the grounds of the property. The pool yard features a covered palapa bar with a stainless steel bbq grill, television for your entertainment and 6 barstools. An outdoor fireplace next to the 6 person table is also a great place to entertain while enjoying the sounds of the built in water features of the swimming pool.
For those looking to really take it a notch higher, proceed to the covered bar area located in the back of the pool yard. It is fully equipped with everything you need to serve your favorite cocktails. The bar offers 4 high top tables with bar stools, a 60 inch TV, ceiling fans and outdoor heaters for the cooler winter months. To assist with your event, special power sources have been designated for your DJ alongside some bistro lights for ambiance and an additional concrete base for your dance floor.
Indoors: This spacious one level home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, double ovens and a fantastic granite center island with four bar stools ideal for socializing with your friends while preparing your favorite meals. A small table with 4 chairs completes this open area.
The family room is open to the gourmet kitchen and offers a 57 inch TV with fireplace, and a pool table that is sure to provide great entertainment for your family and friends. The main living room has a 57 inch TV with a sitting area, and a high top dining table for 6 with direct access and views of the pool area.
Bedrooms: The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The well appointed master suite offers a king size bed with a fireplace and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub to take in a great relaxing bath, or separate shower. The master suite also offers large sliders leading out to the swimming pool yard and views of the mountains. Bedroom 2 offers two Queen size beds and has an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. Bedroom 3 offers a queen size bed with french doors leading to the living area. Bedroom 3 has hall access to bathroom 2.
The casita is located only 75 feet away from the main house and features a full living area with a 47 inch TV, kitchenette with a full size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker with granite countertops. The separate bedroom features a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with granite shower. The casita has a private covered patio area and amazing views of the swimming pool.
