Tara description
Providing breath-taking views of the turquoise Caribbean waters, Tara is a luxurious private villa located in Tortola, the main island of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). It's the ultimate accommodation for those seeking seclusion and luxury. This charming and well-appointed villa is located on the hillside of secluded Belmont Estate. Looking down on the clear blue seas and views that seem to never end, the villa's location is ideal and convenient. The villa is situated in four pavilions amongst lush and tropical landscaping.
Bright colors adorn the walls throughout the villa along with native stone walls and tropical plants. On the west side of the pool and verandah is the first pavilion. An air-conditioned suite furnished with a 4-poster bed, TV and DVD player, a large terrace and an alfresco shower.
The Great Room is located in the main pavilion, on the opposite end of the pool and verandah. On the outside of the Great Room is an outdoor living area that oversees the ocean with mesmerizing views. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is nearby. On the pool terrace is a very cool tiki bar, after all you're in the Caribbean and it's the perfect spot for a Caribbean rum punch. Connected to the Great Room is a covered, set for dining with views through arched windows of the dazzling sea beyond.
The third pavilion is next to the dining terrace is the third pavilion that offers an air-conditioned office equipped with a computer with DSL line and Wi-Fi. Sharing this space is a queen sofa bed. The attached bathroom then connects directly to an air-conditioned queen bedroom suite, which has its own private deck. A king suite is located in the fourth pavilion outfitted with its own balcony and an alfresco stone shower also awaits you.

CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY: Construction has begun next door to Tara villa, and the owners are extending a 25% discount on all rentals until further notice. Active guests will be enjoying the island during the working hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. weekdays with occasional work on Saturday mornings, but those who are at the villa during this time will likely hear sounds and witness some activity in conjunction with the project. We are happy to obtain the latest updates for you, please inquire! Not valid during Christmas/New Year's season when work generally slows down.
