This is a truly one of a kind property in Tamarindo. Very spacious, bright 2 story, 3BR penthouse apartment with high ceilings on the top of the Tamarindo Hill, with sweeping views over the tree tops to the ocean and gorgeous tropical sunsets nightlies. Great spot to hang out and enjoy a drink and the view.
The penthouse occupies the top two floors of the building. Elevator opens directly into the penthouse.
Includes cleaning 2x per week. Optional breakfast package. Laundry services available.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 8):
MASTER BEDROOM #1 - (sleeps 2) - on the second floor with King size bed, walk in closet, bathroom en-suite and large private balcony. Large floor to ceiling windows with spectacular view of the ocean and the sunsets!
MASTER BEDROOM #2 - (sleeps 2) - on the main floor, bathroom en-suite and sliding doors onto main floor balcony, share the same incredible view and sunsets!
BEDROOM #3 - (sleeps 4) - on the main floor facing the open spacious mountain view on the other side of the building. This room also has a bathroom en suite and has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a single on the top as well as another single bed.
