Sunset House - Costa Rica description
Sunset House is one of the first original luxury villas in Tamarindo where the best views in town meet ultimate tropical outdoor living. Designed by renowned San Diego-California architect Steve Adams and built by Flor del Pacifico/Jeff Hutton, the top custom homebuilder in the area, Sunset House is the perfect spot to take in the beautiful Guanacaste sunsets.
In 2015, Sunset House will undergo a complete remodeling starting from scratch resulting in a new villa according to todays luxury standards. New roofs, floors, wall finishes, electrical and plumbing together with new bathrooms and an open plan fully equipped kitchen will turn Sunset House into a brand new villa. New additions include stainless steel appliances and brand new kitchenware as well as new furniture, beds, mattresses, linens, etc.
Remodeled Sunset House is a luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom, now sleeping 14 guests in a guest master suite, a master bedroom, a guest room and a separate master guest suite, each with a king bed and its own full bathroom. Each of these rooms has breathtaking views of the ocean and the estuary. Add to that a kid's room that comfortably sleeps 6 kids in 4 bunk beds and 2 pull out beds with its own full bathroom and a nice desk area.
Amenities include AC and fans in every room, Wifi throughout the house and an infinity look swimming pool with lots of terrace space around it and a comfortable lounge area for you to enjoy.
Included in your rental are a full time maid to keep the house clean and tidy during your stay and a full time caretaker for cleaning and maintenance. Our onsite Property Manager Francisco Bustos will be available to address any issues that may arise during your stay.
We are happy to announce that we now have an excellent chef available for preparing delicious meals at Sunset House so you can relax and enjoy Costa Rica the way it is meant to be enjoyed! This service is being offered for an additional fee and food cost is not included. Our chef service includes complimentary grocery shopping so you have one less thing to worry about!
Staying in Sunset House is a luxury experience, with amazing views of the ocean, the estuary and the jungle. We are steps away from the beach and the town, yet on the quiet side of Tamarindo.
