Sundown - Jamaica description
Sundown is an exquisite 9 bedroom staffed home on a private 125' private white sand beach next to the turquoise waters of Discovery Bay.
The interiors are beautifully decorated in rich fabrics, mahogany and dark wicker furniture and marble flooring.
The living room is nicely equipped with an entertainment center including a large Satellite and Cable TV, DVD and CD players. It, also, has a state of the art BOSE surround sound system, large movie library and several board games for guest's enjoyment.
Extremely comfortable, the villa offers several expansive seating areas both inside and outside of the home. The interior living areas are spacious and well furnished. Beautiful French doors open up to the cooling ocean winds.
Wonderful home cooked meals are served inside in the formal dining room with seating for up to ten guests or alfresco out on the verandah which can accommodate sixteen guests.
Many guests enjoy having the staff plan a torchlight beach party.
The main villa has 5 bedrooms and the guest house has another 4 bedrooms. All of bedrooms are air-conditioned, have TV's, radio/CD players and their own en-suite bathrooms.
The guest house has two levels with a two-bedroom suite on each floor including an adjoining kitchenettes in each suite. It is nicely decorated with a Caribbean flair and with vaulted ceilings.
The villa is very child friendly and there are two complementary cribs, highchairs, ping pong and assorted games for children to enjoy.
Outside, there is a stunning 17'x 28 private swimming pool and outdoor shower.
The home has two complementary kayaks, an aqua cycle and a Hobie Cat.
There are two seaside gazebos which provide the perfect spots for lunches or massages.
Guests of Sundown enjoy complementary green fees at Sandals (fees apply for caddie, cart or rental of golf clubs.
For guests that rent Sundown for a minimum of a week, the rental includes a complementary meal at Sandals Grande Riviera Resort (adults only) or Beaches Ocho Rios (for adults and children).
Sundown is extremely child friendly and has 2 complementary cribs and highchairs as well as ping pong, croquet and board games to keep children entertained.
The home is well staffed with an experienced team dedicated to spoiling guests.
The Discovery Bay area is a very quiet, sleepy area. Delightful Ocho Rios is about a 30 minute drive and offers wonderful restaurants, shopping, swimming with the dolphins Mystic Mountain (ziplines/bobsled rides) and the famous Dunn's River Falls.
Sundown is the perfect choice for a large family or group.

Master Bedroom 1: Has a king sized 4 poster bed with a private patio. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a Jacuzzi and shower.
Master Bedroom 2: Has a king sized 4 poster bed and a private patio as well. The en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi and shower as well.
Bedroom 3:
The room has two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
Bedroom 4:
King 4 poster bed and an additional twin trundle bed, too. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower.
Bedroom 5:
Two double beds and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The Guest House:
