The luxuriant tropical garden of Villa Sevada is a magical place for
both adults and children. Surrounding the villa, it provides an exciting

be in the middle of the rainforest! It also gives access to your own
private sand patio on Lorient beach, where you can relax for hours
admiring the superb views across the ocean to St Martin.
Recently renovated, Villa Sevada has three bedrooms (though only two
bathrooms, one upstairs and one down) and is simply but comfortably
furnished. A small second living area provides a snug play area for the
youngsters when they're feeling less adventurous, and the barbecue by
the pool promises great burger evenings in idyllic surroundings.
With the local village shops of Lorient on your doorstep, and the
world-famous Nikki Beach and Eden Rock restaurants just a short drive
away, you won't feel too cut off in your private jungle.
