Seascape Villa 3036 description
The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.
Welcome to Seascape 3036. This is a two story townhome located along South Forest Beach Drive which is a short walk to the beach as well as Coligny Plaza. The first floor of the villa has updated furnishings, an entertainment center with TV and matching coffee table, dining table that seats six, desk and drawers filled with board games. Sliding glass doors open up to our newly expanded deck with new patio furniture, umbrella and a new gas grill with lovely views of Spanish moss draped trees, Palmetto palm trees and a small lagoon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and there is a side by side washer/dryer set off to the side.
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a king bed with new mattress (May 2020). The room has a wall of windows that looks out onto the forested backyard with palm trees; Spanish moss draped trees and a small lagoon. There is a TV in the room and the master bathroom has a combination shower/tub.
The guest bedroom has two full size bed (New May 2020). There is a TV is the second bedroom. A bathroom with a stand-up shower is located in the hallway directly across the room.
**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**
