Resort-Style Living on the Ocean description
Located in the exclusive Sierra Del Mar at Los Arcos gated community, this 2-bed 2.5-bath vacation rental has access to a pristine private beach and upscale amenities at the Private Beach Club. Take your pick from the jacuzzi, gym, cafe, sauna and salt water pool, or try them all!
There’s a large ocean front balcony spanning the length of the unit if you’d rather just sit and relax, and an open plan interior with gourmet kitchen. Only 10 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone and with live music and a world-famous bungee jumping spot just up the coast, there’s something for everyone in this unbelievable location.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This open concept condo opens to a huge oceanfront balcony with views of the pool from the dining and living area. In the lounge, you’ll find two seating areas. Choose from the stylish red armchairs in front of the wall-mounted TV, or relax on the couch by the balcony. The lounge seats 6 in all, with outdoor dining for 4 on the covered balcony beyond. If that’s not enough space, a second living area off the main space has a couch and smaller wall mounted TV as well as a desk and chair in case you’ve brought work with you on vacation.
In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops ensure an upscale experience. A breakfast bar seats 3 on bar stools - perfect for that morning coffee or a casual snack. There’s a grill on the balcony as well if the weather’s just too good to stay indoors.
Both bedrooms have king beds and wall-mounted TVs as well as their own private bathrooms, with a further half-bath off the living area. In the full master bathroom you’ll find a dual sink vanity, and the second bathroom boasts a separate shower room with plenty of space.
OUR LOCATION
With a smorgasbord of amenities on offer at the private beach club, you’d be forgiven for not wanting to venture far from home. There’s a salt-water pool just outside the condo, hot tub, sauna, gym and cafe all on site. You’re 10 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone, where you can wander the cobblestone streets and find lovely boutiques and cafes catering to every taste. More adventurous guests shouldn’t miss the Puerto Vallarta Adventure Zone, with biplane and aerial tours just 25 minutes away. And for nightlife and live music, there’s no need to go further than Bungee Beat, a quick 2-minute drive up the coast. There, you can discover Mexico’s best DJs, live concerts and great coastal shopping as well as one of the top 10 bungee jump opportunities in the world.
Puerto Vallarta also offers whale watching off the Pacific Ocean and bird watching. Check out the Botanical Gardens, just south of the city, or the El Salado Estuary, where you can take a guided boat tour.
