ABOUT THE STUDIO
Situated in a quiet residential area, this studio with private entrance (part of the main house) is ideal for both the business and leisure traveler. With so few hotel rooms in the area, it provides a rare opportunity to stay close to the both the business sector and the beach.
Parking is available in back, as well as on the surrounding streets. You’ll enter the back gate onto a patio, where a 2-person bistro table invites you to pause and enjoy the California weather. A 2nd gate leads to a stone pathway and the sliding glass door into the studio.
Inside, soaring 20-foot ceilings create an airy ambiance and the blue and green color palette exudes casual elegance. In the evenings, unwind by watching the 32” smart TV with cable, settling into the armchair beside the bed. The TV can be found in an armoire, which also has ample shelf space for guest storage.
Rest up for another day of work or play in the queen bed, flanked by 2 nightstands with drawers for extra storage. In the morning, wake up with a shot from the espresso machine. The kitchen area also has a mini fridge and glassware, as well as a 2-person dining table.
Stay caught up on the laundry with a side-by-side washer and dryer in the closet. A butler’s stand and Parsons table provide additional space for personal belongings.
Crisp whites and grays adorn the bathroom, which has storage under the vanity and a separate room for the toilet and fully tiled walk-in shower with rain showerhead.

You’re less than a mile from the sun and sand of Venice Beach—be sure to check out famous Muscle Beach and Venice Beach Boardwalk for great people-watching.
If you’re traveling for business, the studio is close to Silicon Beach, LA’s tech scene and home of numerous corporate offices, including Google (1 mile).
When dinnertime rolls around, stroll over to Abbot Kinney, dense with highly recommended restaurants and hopping bars for an after-dinner pint or cocktail. During the day, you’ll want to explore the boutique stores and coffee shops.
Invoking the feel of the European city of the same name, the Venice canals are a must-see. Take in the architecture of the stately homes and enjoy fresh air while wandering beside the waterways.
