Rehab description
Rehab is a refurbished duplex townhome with a comfortable style combined with all the amenities you will need for a beach vacation. Rehab is front row and just steps to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of Cape San Blas. It shares a wall with the neighbor, but the layout provides excellent privacy and outstanding views. Your pet is also welcome!
The main level is highlighted by a very open living space including the family room, dining area and kitchen with direct access to a wrap around deck offering panoramic views of the Gulf.
There is a king master bedroom suite, a queen bedroom, king bedroom and a bedroom with a twin bunk bed. The master suite offers a private bath and the other three bedrooms share a bath. There are two full baths.
Plenty of parking is available adjacent to the property and the ground floor has an outdoor shower, a space to grill and dine. There is a half bath on this level for easy access from the beach.
Rehab is a quick walk from the Cape Tradin' Post to shop for groceries, ice cream, beer, wine and spirits.
