Pura Vida means “pure life,” which fits this home perfectly! Located in a gated community, only one block from the beach and across the street from the community pool, this luxury vacation rental offers plenty of opportunity for fun in the sun!
This extremely spacious 4BR/ 4BA home sleeps 16 comfortably. The first floor features a kid’s suite with two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin with an additional twin trundle, twin over full), a sleeper sofa, a giant flat screen TV, Xbox, wet bar, mini fridge and private bathroom.
The second floor offers an open concept living space with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining room that seats six with seating for four more at the bar. Walk through the living room and out to the balcony—a perfect place to relax and grill after a day at the beach. The only bedroom on this floor has a California king bed and flat screen TV. It is adjacent to a full bathroom at the end of the hall and connects to a private balcony.
The master bedroom, with a California king bed and a separate trundle stack bed, is located on the third floor. This room has a private bathroom suite with a large garden tub and walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a private balcony. The second bedroom also features a California king bed and private balcony and bathroom.
This home included Wi-Fi and Direct TV. There is a private residential elevator that is locked off and made available only to persons with a verifiable medical condition. If you need to utilize this amenity, please discuss with us well in advance of your stay.
The homeowner’s association does not allow tents or canopies on this community beach.
Frangista Beach is centrally located along scenic highway 98 near Destin, Florida. It is conveniently located in the heart of the dining, entertainment and shopping districts between Destin Commons and the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Only a short drive away from The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, Big Kahuna’s Water Park and HarborWalk Village.
