As soon as you come through the front door, the incredible
view of the ocean will take your breath away. The living room, dining
room and kitchen is one open space – completely open-air and only
covered by the palm leaf roof. This is truly a luxury tropical home
where you feel surrounded by lush nature at all times.
Step out
from the living room and onto the open patio with pool & Jacuzzi
(not heated), sun beds, sofas, sunbrellas, palm trees…and, of course,
THAT OCEAN VIEW. And there is even a “palapa” (a roof-covered terrace)
in the garden where you can enjoy your meals.

four bedrooms are located in one part of the house (two downstairs and
two upstairs). There are two bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms
with two queen beds in each. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat
screen TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

five minutes walk of the exclusive Caleton Beach Club by Eden Roc. The
access to the beach club (which is normally only for guests at the Eden
Roc at Cap Cana resort) is included in your stay; food & beverages
are not incl.
