Paradise Found is the perfect name for this spectacular location. This 2-story centrally air-conditioned home is perched upon an elevated peninsula where every room has a view of the Atlantic Ocean or the majestic 18th hole of the championship links golf course.
The crystal blue hues of the Bahamian waters reflect against the hardwood floors and colorful fabrics in the living room. The game can be enjoyed on the 72" flat screen cable TV in the living room.
Technology is current throughout the home with wireless internet and range extenders that enable web access, even when you are outside next to the pool.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, an oversized center island with a custom marble top, stainless steel appliances and two wine refrigerators. Fine china in the kitchen and fine linens in the bedrooms add to this luxurious Bahamas rental.
The master bedroom just off the great room has a 4-post king bed, 42" flat screen TV and French doors that lead out to a covered porch and lower sun deck and pool. The master bathroom has a deep luxurious tub and separate shower with a beautiful pebble floor that massages your feet as you walk. The second master suite on the main floor also has a 4-poster king bed, 42" flat screen TV and a large sitting area surrounded by windows with breathtaking views.
You can easily access the outside entertaining area from the living room, dining room or master bedroom. Two couches and two oversized chairs with ottomans are waiting for you to relax and unwind in a tropical paradise.
The lower deck provides direct access to an inviting pool that points towards the horizon. Sit on a chair under the umbrella on the first step of the pool and cook out on either the stainless steel grill or smoker - simply divine!
There are two additional bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV, a king bed and a custom built-in day bed with an additional twin mattress tucked away in the trundle underneath. Each room is lovingly decorated to reflect the colors of the sea, sky and water of The Bahamas. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.
