THE AREA:
When it comes to LOCATION – LOCATION - LOCATION, it doesn’t get better than this! The 8-bedroom Villa is located directly on the magnificent Bávaro Beach in the area of Los Corales and within easy walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, bakeries, small shops, spa & salon, gym, etc.
Los Corales is one of the best, most charming areas in Bavaro/PuntaCana where tourists can live like the locals do. Everything you need is literally right around the corner!
There are several places (bakeries and small cafés) that serve breakfast and for lunch & dinner you will find lots of exciting options and some of the best restaurants in town, e.g. international restaurants, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Indian, burger joints, etc. If you want to hang out at the beach and enjoy a cool beach bar/lounge, Hurricane Café is just down the beach. The local fruit & veggie truck comes around almost daily and you can get your fresh tropical fruits straight from the fields to take home and enjoy.
The area is safe to walk around in and it’s the perfect place for families with small children because everything is within walking distance. Teenagers and/or older children can easily walk around safely and explore on their own.
Villa Pandora has its own swimming pool, located in a private courtyard and then, of course, there is the BEACH! ON THE BEACH. You step out of the building and your feet are already in the sand…walk approx.. 25 steps further and you are on the beach itself. There is a private beach area, which guests can use, with sun beds and palm leaf umbrellas…and the most gorgeous ocean! The beach is yours for the taking! If you want to exercise, you can easily walk/run a 5K (or more!) along the beach, go for a swim, build sand castles or play beach volleyball or do a little sunrise yoga/stretching to the sound of the waves. The early mornings are best for working out, before it gets too hot.
THE VILLA:
Embraces the spirit of the Caribbean with a touch of modern minimalism and simplicity. The villa is elegantly decorated in colors of black-white-neutrals and features several big terraces with beautiful ocean views.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and all bedrooms have cable TV. WIFI is available in the common areas.
On the GROUND - FIRST FLOOR of the villa:
The entrance leads to the living room and dining room, which is connected to an open kitchen.
*** NEW from 2018 *** The downstairs living room has been converted to the ultimate play & entertainment zone with poker table, pool table and ping-pong table. There is also a large sofa and big flat screen TV. From the downstairs living room, you will have direct access to the swimming pool and private terrace which wraps around the front of the building.
The ground floor features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closets, his/her bathroom and a nice beach/ocean view.
The second and third bedroom each has 2 twin beds (can be connected to 1 King) and a private bathroom for each bedroom.
On the SECOND FLOOR of the villa:
The entrance leads to the living room and dining room, which is connected to an open kitchen.
The living room and dining room features breathtaking views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea with sliding doors that open for direct access to a large balcony.
The living room also have a big screen television and comfortable lounge furniture as well as a dining area for up to 16 people. This is where most (if not all) of your meals will be served.
The master bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closets and his/hers bathroom. The master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view.
The second & third bedrooms each has 2 twin beds (can be connected to 1 king) and a private bathroom for each bedroom.
On the THIRD FLOOR of the villa:
The third floor has 2 master bedrooms with king beds, walk-in closets, his/her bathroom and a spectacular ocean view.
There is also a big balcony with sun beds, dining table and BBQ with outdoor kitchen area.
On the TOP - FOURTH FLOOR of the villa:
You will find a large and open, unfurnished roof top terrace which can be used as a private sanctuary – a place to escape for a quiet meditation or early morning/late afternoon yoga or workout session (bring your own mats and equipment).
The villa rental includes two maids, a personal gourmet chef to prepare all meals for you and English speaking villa manager/concierge.
