Oceanus Beach Villa description

Beach Villa Oceanus is a welcome addition to the Turks with its sensational setting and stunning architecture. The villa is located on fabulous Grace Bay Beach.

Set behind a gate, entrance is down a long driveway surrounded by lush tropical landscaping bursting with color. A few steps up and there is the dramatic double door entrance. All white, the villa evokes a Mediterranean feel.

Built on two levels, the interiors are comfortably and tastefully furnished. An open plan living concept is enjoyed and the living area is nicely equipped with a large flat screen TV; impressive views of the ocean may be enjoyed from its expansive windows. Design elements include vaulted wood ceilings, West Indian-styled beds, glass block and a delightful mix of pieces which combine to provide a beautiful and electric ambiance.

The villa has two equal sized master suites with king size beds, stunning views and en-suite bathrooms. There are also two additional king bedrooms with garden views, en-suite baths and direct access to the gorgeous beach. Two of these bedrooms are located on the upper level while the other two are located on beach level. All four of these bedrooms have TVs.

For added enjoyment, the villa boasts two bonus bedrooms, one outfitted with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. These additional bedrooms share a fifth bathroom. More suitable for children, these bonus rooms do not have TVs.

A generous pool and patio may tempt you to spend everyday here, lolling in the sun. The sparkling, private, infinity swimming pool is set on a well-furnished and partially shaded deck, and there is even an area to enjoy alfresco dining. There is also a brand-new ground floor pool right in front of the ocean.

For those that like snorkeling, world-class snorkeling may be enjoyed right in front of the villa on Smith's Reef. Please note, however, that there is a strip of beach rock between the sand and the ocean and so water shoes are recommended when crossing as the rocks can get slippery.

Of special note is that you can walk to several restaurants at the nearby Turtle Cove Marina.
