Ocean Dunes 320 is a villa you’re sure to want to visit again and again with all the conveniences of home which include Wireless Internet, Free long distance calling in the U.S. and Canada.
A new Queen Size Sleep Number Mattress, 27” Flat Screen HDTV w/a built in DVD combo and Docking Station complete the bedroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full size bathroom. Located in the hallway there are 2 semi private bunk beds (ideal for small children) which can be closed off by a door.
The living area has New queen size sleeper sofa with a high quality memory foam mattress, La-Z-boy recliner, wall mounted 42” flat screen smart TV to stream your favorite netflix shows. The living area also includes a dining table that seats 4. Games, books are available in the villa for your enjoyment. There is a private balcony located off the living area that offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Ceiling fans have been installed in the bedroom, living room and the balcony. The Condo has a full size kitchen complete with new small appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave) and provides an Electric Range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and is well stocked with plenty of cookware and kitchen gadgets to make it easy to cook.
Each unit in Ocean Dunes has secured wireless internet service.
The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset.
Ocean Dunes is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park. Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Guests have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks.
