A spacious, gourmet kitchen features updated appliances and granite counters. The free Summit Stage bus stop is right outside your door, and the Mt. Baldy trailhead is just behind the house—think hiking, cross-country skiing, and even off-roading in summer.
Golfers will love sweeping Breckenridge Golf Club - less than 1 mile away, while 2 mouthwatering eateries—The Flatbread Pizza Co and Le Petit Paris—are both 5 minutes away by car. The Mine Breck is a favorite local drinks spot, offering ping pong, karaoke, and cold beers – just 2 miles from home.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
A bright and airy living room seats 6 on a leather sofa and 2 armchairs. Relax in front of the fireplace or watch your favorite TV shows on the wall-mounted flat screen. Sliding doors open to the balcony with 2 lounging chairs. The inviting L-shaped kitchen features updated appliances, granite counters, and a charming dining area with seating for 6.
There’s sleeping for 8 between 3 bedrooms, including a loft room. Downstairs, the handsome master bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, 42” TV and access to the wrap-around deck. There's another queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and the snug 3rd bedroom is furnished with a futon. The 4th bedroom is located in the loft off the living room and has a bunk bed, futon, and PlayStation.
A guest bath is located off the living area, while a newly remodeled 2nd bathroom on the main floor features a glass-door shower/tub combo and lovely tile work.
THE LOCATION
There's something for every outdoor enthusiast in Breckenridge. Hikers, snowshoe aficionados, and cross-country skiers will be delighted to find the Mt. Baldy trailhead just behind the duplex, and during summer months, you can also wind around the mountain via off-road vehicles. Gorgeous Mohawk Lake trail is just over 1.5 miles away, and in winter, you can take a spin around the outdoor rinks at Stephen C West Ice Arena – less than 4 miles away.
Seeking a restaurant or bar with a view? Traverse Restaurant & Bar is a mile down the road and well-known for satisfying burgers and beers. Just 4.5 miles away, adventurous palettes will be right at home at Relish - a new American eatery offering escargot, venison, short ribs, and a dessert menu that will knock your socks off.
