Miramar Beach Gulf-View Condo description
Sun, surf, and sand await you at our Miramar Beach condo. This 1BR/1BA condo is located in the heart of the action: a dozen golf courses are nearby, and so are designer outlet malls for shopping, biking, scooters, surfboard rentals, and dining.
INSIDE THE CONDO
This cute one bedroom, one bathroom condo is convenient and totally functional. It has a clean, classic look and feel with tile floors, sunny sherbet-colored walls, and island décor.
The main living/kitchen and eating space has an efficiency kitchen along one wall.
It has a microwave, a full size stove and French door fridge. Cabinets are plentiful and stocked with dishes. Quick breakfasts and snacks are a snap here…and it’s equipped to handle full size meals, too! Barstool seating for 2 around an island is great for pre-meal conversations and quick bites between trips to the beach.
The living area has a comfy couch that pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep two more. A flat screen TV and DVD is great for movies and your favorite shows. Large windows let the sun pour in….along with views of the Gulf!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and lots of light from large windows.
The bathroom has a double entry from the master and the hallway. It has plenty of storage for your products and a single sink vanity with tub/shower combo.
There is a nice large common lobby outside this ground floor unit, and parking is just outside your door!
THE LOCATION
Right outside is where all the fun is! Step out the door and find our community’s shared charcoal grills. While the food sizzles, check out the shuffleboard action or chat with the neighbors of our charming, small condo community.
Just a few flip-flops away is the condo’s fabulous heated swimming pool. The deck has colorful umbrellas, many lounge chairs, and is a large enough pool to accommodate water aerobics or serious sets of laps.
Sand, surf and eating are just a short walk away. Glorious, white sandy beaches beckon for a quick lunch or beverage at Pompano Joe’s.
Then grab a piece of the beach.
Golf, golf and more golf is available here, too. At least a dozen courses are nearby, as well as a lighted Par 3. And for the whole family, there’s mini golf within walking distance of the condo!
Love to shop? Take your pick between nearby Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall and Destin Commons, both just minutes away.
