Hidden on the hillside of Lurin, on a central location at few minutes from the capital Gustavia and the beautiful pristine beaches of Salines and Gouverneur, this estate offers one of the most beautiful manicured tropical garden of Saint Barthelemy.

The main colonial house is surrounded by a covered terrace. A large living with a billiard, a gourmet kitchen, and a screening room with a flat screen, DVD, SAT TV, are located on the main floor.

The pool is situated within a large deck and terrace that provides uninterrupted views on the ocean, the sunset, the hills surrounding, and the islands in the background: The long lap pool measures 50 ft by 13 ft.
The pool area offers the perfect location to have a party and to receive friends: large deck, outside covered dining, kitchen, BBQ, large sofas, sun chairs and sun beds.
