LOCATION:
Located at Casa de Campo Resort, less than a mile from the beach and has an incredibly private backyard. The villa is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon.
Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. The villa overlooks the golf course and you can even see the ocean in the distance.

Casa de Campo has its very own airport, located just five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes’ drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.
When you stay here, you’ll have a golf touring cart included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc.
THE SPACE:
A 6-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes is very convenient for multi-generational families. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi with a large pool deck, cozy furnished terraces, outdoor teppanyaki grill and bar, huge private backyard with a big lawn area.
The villa is furnished with contemporary and comfortable furniture and the interior design is very stylish and welcoming. There is plenty of outdoor space and sitting areas for guests to enjoy. There’s no shortage of places to sit and relax!

The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms have high, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans.

DOWNSTAIRS:
One floor (level), which makes it super easy and convenient for guests of all ages. Step into the villa and you will find yourself in the beautiful living room with high, vaulted ceilings and a comfortable sitting area. This space flows easily to the outdoor area, which is really where you will spend most of your time!
The villa has several outdoor living areas with a bar (beverages are not included) and another with a unique Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill where you can enjoy live cooking and casual meals by the grill or in the outdoor dining area (food is not included). These outdoor living- and dining areas are all covered so you can enjoy the space day and night, rain or shine!
The formal indoor dining area looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.
A spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation – and your villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (groceries are not included)!
6 comfortable bedrooms. The master suite is a beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom, air condition, ceiling fan, TV, closet space and lots of natural light. You have your own private terrace with views of the lush nature that surrounds you and you even direct access to the pool area. Step right out of the master suite and take a swim in the pool!
The remaining 5 deluxe bedrooms are all very spacious and equipped with 2 queen size beds in each bedroom, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closets, air condition, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, TV and closet.
Some of the bedrooms also have an outdoor shower!
CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:
The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:
- Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
- Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
- Kids under 4 years old: FREE
The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members only golf course).

VILLA STAFF:
You’ll have a chef, a butler and a maid included. Your personal chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
