This condo offers guests a luxurious, outdoor, heated pool with sunning chairs and a large courtyard between its two buildings to enjoy the peaceful oasis away from all of the action and excitement just down the street. Guests also have access to free local calling and the building is armed with surveillance cameras and a secured entry gate, for your protection. Parking in this area can be very challenging, so we have a limited number of parking permits available on request for an additional fee. If you are bringing or renting a car, please make your booking agent aware so you can reserve a permit, and make sure this is documented on your rental agreement.
It is a 950 square foot, 3 bedroom vacation condo, junior suite that sleeps up to eight people.
Our courtyard 3br has a trendy, modern décor that includes an original 1930’s Art Deco faux fireplace in the living room, a leather fold-out futon, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. The living room also has a modern dining table, seating six. The fully-equipped kitchen is accessible through the junior (third) bedroom that has been converted from a den.
The master bedroom gets lots of natural sunlight with a large window, and it is nicely decorated with a queen-sized bed, night tables, a dresser, and modern artwork. The spacious closet has a security safe for guests to store their valuables. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds, a night table, and a dresser.
A door in the living room leads to the den, which has been converted into a Junior bedroom (third bedroom), with a full-sized bed that can sleep two people (54 in x 75 in or 1.37m x 1.91m).
The European style bathroom has new fixtures, elegant white tile, and a glass-enclosed shower with a new Italian shower tower.
