Prepare for a sublime seaside getaway at this 2BR/2BA Santa Rosa Beach townhome. Affectionately known as “Beach Therapy”, this inviting condo will put you in full vacation mode with a prime location in 30A on Santa Rosa Beach—just 300 yards to the ocean across a private boardwalk.
Part of The Legends of Santa Rosa community, the townhome includes excellent shared amenities including pools, hot tubs, and sports courts.
Adventures surround you here: scenic 30A provides a smorgasbord of restaurants, stores, and attractions, and outdoor enthusiasts will love the miles and miles of biking trails, rare costal dune lakes, and five state parks - all within easy driving distance.
ABOUT THE TOWNHOME
Relax in the open-concept living area on the comfortable couch and love seat. Watch your favorite movies on the flat screen TV with BluRay player and cable, or host a family game night with the board games stored in the armoire. Extra guests can be accommodated on the queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat (with a twin bed tucked inside) in the living room.
A private balcony off the living room has plenty of patio furniture, and steps lead down to the community common areas which include gas grills, pools and hot tubs.
The roomy kitchen is outfitted with well-stocked cabinets and lots of prep space. There’s stainless appliances and handy extras like a toaster oven, coffeemaker, and Keurig. When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-person table in the adjacent dining room.
The two-story townhome has two bedrooms and two sleeper sofas, which sleep nine guests comfortably.
Crisp white linens adorn the queen-size sleigh bed in the master bedroom. This room also has a twin bed with twin trundle underneath, as well as a 50” flat screen TV, large closet, and private balcony. In the en-suite master bathroom you’ll find plenty of primping space with double sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
The upstairs second bedroom comes with two queen-size beds and beachy blue decor, making the room cheery and bright. It has a walk-in closet, flat screen TV with VHS player, and its own en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Other features at this townhouse include a half bath off the kitchen, side-by-side washer/dryer, and parking for two cars underneath the home.
THE LOCATION
The Legends of Santa Rosa Beach offers family-friendly amenities including two pools, two hot tubs, a tennis court, and sand volleyball court. Host a cookout at the picnic area with six gas grills. Or throw a towel in your beach bag and make a short walk on the boardwalk to the Spooky Lane Beach access point.
When the chef in your group takes the night off, enjoy fresh seafood at Goatfeathers (3-minute walk) or check out the amazing restaurants at Gulf Place Town Center (10-minute walk).
In 30A you’re minutes from tons of outdoor activities. See the area on two wheels with over 27 miles of bike trails and explore the natural beauty of five state parks. Along your drive, you’ll see over 15 coastal dune lakes, a rare natural phenomenon only found in a few locations in the world.
You’re just 10 miles to Destin and 15 miles to Panama City – both have incredible shopping malls like Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Pier Park.
