Lefkas Lookout description
This elegant 5 bedroom Villa is built in harmony with its beautiful surroundings on the green island of Lefkas, Panoramic views over the Ionian Sea are available from the main terrace as well as the upper floor veranda.
The Villa is ideal for those who love sea sport, but also enjoy exploring the charms of picturesque villages. Although it offers privacy when needed, the Villa is only 10 minutes from the town of Lefkas as well as from Scorpios - Onassis Island. The spacious swimming pool area enjoys the sun all day long, while a lovely outdoor stone kiosk provides shade and relaxation inviting guests to enjoy many a bright days and moonlit nights.
The ground floor features a large living room with a dining area and an adjoining well-equipped kitchen. An independent guesthouse separated by an arch, offers additional privacy. The two bedrooms on the upper floor with en-suite bathrooms invite the natural sunlight, while the spacious veranda offers a stunning view over Nikiana port village and the mountain above it.
The villa is located 35 km from the airport of Preveza/Aktion on the island of Lefkada in the Ionian Islands. The nearest village is about 1 km Nikiana. Lygia village: 3 km. We recommend renting a 4x4 to get to the villa (some of the road with stones).
The beach is 300 meters below the villa. This beach has pebbles and remains a quiet place. You can easily walk to the beach but the road is steep especially for the return it is recommended to take the car and park 50 meters approximately from the beach. For sandy beaches go before Nikiana to the beach of Limni.
