Everyday is a day in Paradise in this condo. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view from inside or the balcony. The Master bedroom comes with a King size bed, flat screen Tv and a private bath with a newly remodeled over sized walk in tile shower with a new vanity and sink.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin Beds with a private access to the full bath that also has access from the hallway. This full bath has also been remolded as well with a walk in over sized tile shower and new vanity and sink. The Kitchen has also been updated and is well stocked for your vacation! The views from this 3rd floor condo are breathtaking. You also have a washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a large pool right beside Leeward for your use or you can take the tram up to the large exotic lagoon pool in the middle of the resort.
Edgewater is the only full service resort in Panama City Beach. It is completely gated with 24/7 security guards. The resort is the perfect resort for families and has something for everyone. Shopping, dinning, arcades, a skating rink & bowling alley are located at the Shops at Edgewater. The resort has an 11,500 sqft beachfront lagoon pool with waterfalls and tropical landscaping, 11 other pools located throughout the resort, 4 hot tubs, 9 hole golf course, pro shop, 11 tennis courts, scheduled children's activities, a full service spa, salon, and a convention center. Poolside live entertainment, water sports, jet ski rentals and beach chair service are available seasonally. Eddie's market has drinks, snacks, ice cream, Starbucks and convenience items.
