Kai Vista description
Kai Vista is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This lovely villa sits elevated on a ridge and offers excellent snorkeling directly in front of the oceanfront infinity pool and hot tub. Only 250 yards from the Rum Point Club, Kai Vista boasts an exceptional location. A very sandy beach offers long walks in either direction with plenty of privacy. Pool shoes/fins required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment.
The villa is designed to make you feel like part of the sea. Wonderful oceanfront views are captured through the 30 feet of tall sliding glass doors that fully open to flood the villa with Caribbean breezes and sunshine year round. Sliding glass doors open directly to the pool deck and ocean from the master bedroom, kitchen, living and TV areas. Superb small wedding venue. (1) King master suite on 1st floor; (1) Queen bedroom on 1st floor with adjacent bathroom and (2) Oceanfront king suites with large sliding glass doors and balconies on 2nd floor. Pull-out sleeper sofa in 2nd floor loft.
The gourmet kitchen was recently renovated in 2014 and includes all the amenities that will make your stay unforgettable; all new appliances, wet bar with separate ice maker, and granite countertops. Kai Vista is one of the first villas on the island to embrace an eco friendly approach to almost everything they do; most lighting in the villa has been upgraded to a very warm LED light, the air conditioning and pool pumps are all high efficiency, solar panels heat the hot water and supplement the pool heat, and the villa recently upgraded all the insulation.
