The master bedroom suite is on the main level of the main house, and
features a king bed, a private entrance to the pool deck, and an ensuite

are on the lower floor, while the other three occupy two separate
bungalow guesthouses. Four of these guestrooms have king beds and the
other has a queen, and each has an ensuite bathroom, TV, and safe. All
open to a furnished terrace or a balcony with sea views.
Joy provides a lovely balance of seclusion and proximity to some of
the finest destinations on St. Barts. You can walk a half-kilometer to
Marigot Beach or hop in the car to Lorient Beach or Petit Cul de Sac
Beach, both minutes away. Gustavia is less than twenty minutes by car
and the island's main airport just eleven minutes away.
