It's Tiki Time all the time in this Caribbean style Destin beach house which has incredible views of The Gulf of Mexico and is set up for your enjoyment. The best feature to our home - it is only ONE house in from the beautiful white sands of the Gulf. We also offer a large pool and pool deck that is perfect for big groups.
Families find this the perfect beach house for them as there is plenty of space to be together, but designed to allow each group their privacy. The location of 'It's Tiki Time' is ideal as it is located in the charming beach community of Crystal Beach in the heart of Destin. Close to shops, restaurants, movies and most important, the beach!!!
Our home has the perfect floor plan for several couples or for multi-family vacations. You can be together in either unit and enjoy your privacy with an outside staircase to the second floor. We also have a second floor balcony where you can enjoy watching the sun set over the water, or savor that first morning cup of coffee to the sounds of the rolling waves.

Area Information:
THE BEACH
Public beach access is approximately 100 feet away, and allows you access to the beautiful sugar white sand and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico.
DINING
Casual and fine dining is within walking distance at Camille's Restaurant or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's, or our family favorite, Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood. Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying the views and breezes of the Gulf.
RECREATION
Destin offers exciting water activities; snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. You will also find an abundance of golf courses in and around Destin. If that weren't enough, there is a playground just around the corner from 'It's Tiki Time' where you can watch the kids play and you can walk to the end of the other block where you can rent bikes, scooters and kayaks.
SHOPPING
The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Movie Theater, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, and Build a Bear Workshop, as well as many other specialty shops and department stores. Closer to the house and within walking distance is Barnes and Noble and Best Buy. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is located within 3 miles and provides more excellent shopping for those great bargains as it is the nation's largest outlet shopping center.
