110 Island House, South Forest Beach. Located in the heart of South Forest Beach is this amazing four bedroom, three bath, 2nd floor townhome in Island House. Only 14 steps brings you to this beautiful two story unit which overlooks the community pool and pristine landscaping. Villa 110 has recently been completely renovated giving it a modern look and is decorated in a tropical atmosphere for that tropical island feeling.
The property has been renovated and decorated with such care and taste that it feels brand new. Enter into the dining and living areas with the galley style kitchen just off the dining area. The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops in dark greens and gray which blend perfectly with the honey maple cabinets and striking black appliances. A front loading high efficiency washer and dryer are tucked into the end of the kitchen making doing laundry a breeze!
The terrific views of the large community pool are directly out the living room window! The living, dining and kitchen area of the first floor is all done in cool tile. There is a 46” flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD and stereo with surround sound for your entertainment. Sturdy rattan and weaved wicker upholstered furniture is the decor of the living room and dining area with seating for 6 at the table and a large hutch for decorative dishes and curios.
There are two carpeted bedrooms and two baths on this first level as well, both with queen size beds. The master with attached full private bath has an upholstered headboard, dresser, chest and two nightstands in an oak color and a 19” flat screen TV.
The second bedroom has all white furniture and has again, a queen size bed with a floral spread in teals, greens, beiges and browns, 2 night tables and a dresser. A small though beautiful writing desk can be used for your laptop computer or writing a “wish you were here!” postcard to friends back home! A remodeled hall bathroom serves this bedroom and other guests.
Upstairs to the second level you’ll find the third bedroom with beautiful twin beds decorated in an African jungle theme! Colors of gold, black, tan and brown in the spreads and bed skirts are topped off with black headboards and touches of animals around the room. Pretend you’re on a safari in the jungle!
The next room is used as a “den” or fourth bedroom. It has a sleep sofa, bean bag chairs that the kids enjoy and custom blinds to block out the sun. In the hall another full bath with tub/shower combo serves this floor.
Your family will truly enjoy this villa and its’ proximity to the pool and short walk to the beach (less than 4 blocks). It’s well cared for and beautifully decorated. The Island House complex is next to the Player’s Club fitness center and tennis courts of Van Der Meer Tennis Center (pay as you play) with a total of 3 public tennis courts within 2 blocks! Only a few minutes bike ride to Coligny Plaza, the unofficial downtown of Hilton Head and Forest Beach where you’ll find restaurants, a movie theater, a grocery store, shops and fun galore!
