Island Club 1305 description
BEAUTIFUL BEACH VILLA only a few steps to the beach. This third-floor Villa is located in the Atlantis building on the Island Club property and offers a nice view of the ocean. This spacious villa, over 1200 sq. ft has an open floor plan. The modern kitchen has updated cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas. The dining room area has seating for four with three additional seats at the bar. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a 43” flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. Off the living area is a large balcony, seating for 6, enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the bistro table watching the colorful morning sunrise. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32” flat screen TV and Blu-ray. There is a private newly renovated En-Suite bath with granite counter-top, custom cabinets, tile floors and walk-in shower with a frame less glass door. The master bedroom also has a Master-to Balcony door for direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, a 43” flat screen TV, and access to the newly renovated hall bathroom. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination, quartz counter-top, custom cabinets and tile floors. Owner has outdoor chairs, cooler and games to use on the beach during your visit.
Island Club is an oceanfront villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and large sundeck with lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean views and breezes. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Har-Tru, a fitness center, basketball court and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on site, picnic tables by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain. For the adults, there is a hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool with a waterfall feature. The pools are seasonally heated. Bikes can be rented on site as well.
