5402 Island Club, Folly Field Beach. Freshly painted and totally renovated with a new kitchen, new baths and new tiled floors and carpet, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Island Club oceanfront 4th floor villa also has one of the most awesome ocean views in all of Hilton Head Island. The moment you walk in the front door you are struck with the immense, blue water view before you.
Within the open floor plan, the living area offers a faux suede sleeper sofa and loveseat both covered in beautiful ""Carolina blue"", blonde wood furniture, and, as if the ocean views alone aren't enough, it has a huge flat screen TV with a DVD Player. Sliders lead to the oceanfront balcony with table and chairs. The adjoining dining area has ample seating for six around a large wood dining table.
The new and beautiful kitchen features gorgeous quartz counters, glass squared backsplash, new tile floors and, most conveniently, a full washer and dryer discreetly housed in cabinets under the quartz counters. Overlooking the dining area, the kitchen has the same wonderful oceanfront view.
The king master bedroom also has an incredible ocean view and access to the oceanfront balcony. It is furnished with chocolate and blue bedding and a flat screen TV with a built in DVD Player. A new private master also has quartz counters and an updated and glassed walk in, tiled shower. The guest bedroom, with a courtyard view, has two queen beds and offers a flat screen TV with a DVD Player. The new full hall bath has the new quartz counters and is newly tiled. All rooms have new, handsome frond shaped wood ceiling fans.

Island Club, with elevators, also offers two, free tennis courts by the pool # 8 & 9, (reservations required), a pro shop, children's playground, and outdoor basketball and racquetball courts. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12.
